St. Mary's War Memorial School prides itself on the school motto "Whatever You Do Do Well" meaning that each student works towards achieving their best in all area's of school life. St. Mary's is a co-educational school which provides education from K-10 for the students of St. Mary's.

Motto - "Whatever you do, do well." Our motto is all embracing of our holistic purpose for education. All at school, students, staff and members of our school community, strive to live up to this motto by doing our best in everything that do.

Our School crest is full of meaning to all who take up the book of learning. It invites constant and ever deeper reflection on what we are committed to by attending St Mary's.

Shield - the badge of honour proclaiming us as committed to Christian values and excellence in education.

SMS - St Mary's School, Mary the Mother of God and special patron of our School and Parish, and SM in recognition of the Sisters of Mercy, who started the School in the late 1800's.

Laurel wreath - achievement and recognition for conscientious and continuous effort.

Bow - Unity and cooperation in working together for the good of the whole community.

Memorial School - honouring the local community's contribution that generations of Australians have made in securing freedom and peace for our nation.
